Experience: 1 to 2 years
Education: MBA/MCA/MSc (CS)/BCA/BSc with fair knowledge of current IT technologies
Required Skills:-
Good communication, negotiation, convincing skills
Ability to work on pressurized situation
Ability to work on both IT & Non IT recruitments
Ability to work on all any skills/ domain or verticals
Ability to learn new process and work effectively to produce the results
Good knowledge in different skills set
Good on internet surfing/ job posting in job portals & Head hunting
Understanding of current day IT technologies
Understand and qualify client requirements and evaluate candidates against those requirements
Can work independently and take the initiative to close the positions on given time
Must be strong in Screening the profiles/ checking duplicates
